I was scared of personal trainers, having seen a few at various gyms. A friend recommended The Body Geek and seriously what a difference it was. He has a great approach to training, with constant support and encouragement from both Kyle and other clients on the same path.
The Body Geek has taught me so much, given me confidence in the gym and helped me achieve my goals, in a manor that was compatible with my lifestyle. I’m 44 and have never been as body confident as I am now I wear clothes that I didn’t feel comfortable in before and The Body Geek has given me that confidence.

I started to feel low about how I looked. Having joined and left several gyms, tried out most diets and fallen off the wagon every time, I got in touch with Kyle at The Body Geek. He has been really supportive and helped me to understand what I need to be doing in order to lose body fat consistently and to keep it off. Really happy with my results, couldn’t be happier.
Couldn’t ask for a better trainer, he’s trained me for a couple of months now and the difference I have noticed is huge. Far exceeded my expectations, down to earth lad who will push you further than you ever thought possible. If you’re not making big changes after training with him there is something seriously wrong. Looking forward to many more sessions!
Kyle is a brilliant personal trainer! He really focuses on what you want to do with your body and helps you work hard and acheive in your sessions. Highly recommned to anybody. I now enjoy going to the gym, which has only come through Kyle making the gym a fun place to be and not a chore.
Kyle is a great personal trainer! You can tell he loves what he does as he is so motivated and dedicated to help you reach your goals! I have a slight back problem and Kyle makes sure I get my posture right every time and is always there on hand if I need him for any advice or help. Top guy to train with. Highly recommended!
Kyle is a fantastic Trainer. He has a great understanding of what I want to achieve, helping me loose weight and getting a firmer bottom. Nothing is too much trouble and very professional and easy to talk too 5 star .
I trained with Kyle for 6months and I was really pleased with my results. I decided to sign up for personal training as I lacked confidence in myself and in going to the gym. Kyle took the time to find out what my goals were and what areas I wanted to focus on. Kyle was very supportive and encouraging to keep me focused towards achieving these goals. Kyle made sure that each session was different to keep our workouts fun yet still very challenging. Kyle would always know when I could do more and made sure that every session I gave 100%. I would highly recommend Kyle to anyone that lacks confidence, anyone that is bored of the same old gym routine and anyone that is really keen to achieve their goals but isn’t sure how to get there. You will definitely receive a 5* service.
Kyle is one amazing personal trainer, I have trained with a few ones before and come out with bad injury’s as they just don’t care but this guy does he will make you work but most of all make sure your doing it right he truly is the best! He suits all ages so don’t think he won’t be suitable for you because he is! His techniques are insane making you reach your goals that your aiming for. I’ve seen a lot of change in my body due to this guy, you have to all check him out. He will push you to your limits but that’s what he is there for. Top Man too. Thanks Kyle
Kyle is a great personal trainer, who is motivated and dedicated to making you work hard to achieve your goals. Kyle is a nice, genuine guy, who you can ask for advice at any time. I first went to Kyle as I am training for the London Marathon and needed to improve my overall fitness and strength. He has been training me for the last 6 months and I have notice a massive change. I would highly recommend to anyone, he will help you to achieve your goals!
Genuine, dedicated PT who’s committed to getting you to your goals. Knows what workouts will be best for you/your body and will help you succeed by pushing you further than you probably would working out on your own. I no longer see working out as something I have to do, but something I enjoy!
Brilliant Personal Trainer, pushes you to your limits and helps you reach your goals! A nice genuine guy too who makes you feel at ease if you are new to anything, highly recommended!
Kyle is a great personal trainer, he helped me lose 2 stone!! Which for someone like me is incredible! Very helpful, pushed me when I needed it! Couldn’t recommend anyone better! Plus he’s a good laugh!
Kyle is a great PT, i started my weightloss journey with him at a size 20 and lost 3 dress sizes whilst training with him! He’s very professional and a good laugh at the same time. You won’t be dissapointed in the results you see if you decide to train with him
I go to the boxing class run by Kyle, on Wednesdays. The classes are both enjoyable and rewarding. Kyle is very knowledgeable and motivating and I would highly recommend him!
